“Thooooor!” (Name) groaned, trudging into the Tower with an extremely pitiful pout on her lips. The demi-god quirked an eyebrow at her state. She flopped onto the couch, head landing on his lap and arms wrapping around his waist.
“What is the matter?” He asked, amused. She sighed, turning over to look up at him. The pout turned into a frown, brow furrowing when their eyes locked.
“I’m blocked, man.”
“I see no one trying to attack you.” He joked, making her grunt and flick his nose.
“Not that kind of blocked, you goose.”
“You are not on a road of traffic, either.”
“Not that kind! It’s a personal issue!”
“...Are you in need of fiber?”
“Oh, gods.” She groaned, earning chuckles from Thor even after she swatted his arm. “It’s a writer’s block! Come on! I haven’t been able to write a single thing for days, and it’s driving me crazy.” (Name) complained. Thor smiled at her exasperation, running a soothing hand through her hair.
“Why not just try and write something else?”
“Something else? Do you...Do you even know what I’m trying to write?”
“Well, no. You’ve never let me read your works.” Thor pointed out. “I assume you write stories, though. You spend countless hours in front of that screen, instead of with me. So they must be of some importance, yes?”
“Do I detect a hint of jealousy?” (Name) wondered, raising her eyebrows at him. Thor shook his head, replying, “No, but I would not mind it if you spent more time with me, instead of with an inanimate object.”
“So you are jealous.”
“I thought we were trying to solve your problem, not mine.” Thor muttered, making her grin. She sat up, maneuvering herself so she was nestled on his lap, and looped her arms around his neck.
“Well, if you’re feeling neglected, I wouldn’t mind setting my personal writing issues aside, for now. I wouldn’t want my dear little thunder god to feel left out.” She said sweetly, but he could practically feel the mocking tone.
“I’m not neglected. Your work is more important, anyways.” He reasoned, and her eyebrows went up again, leaning closer to her man.
“Oh? So now you don’t want me to spend time with you? You want to get rid of me.”
“I did not say that.” He corrected her, their noses near touching. “I just want what is best for you, is all.”
“And you think that’s my work? Or you?”
“Both, most likely.” He mumbled, pressing his lips to hers without another word. She smiled into the kiss some, feeling her frustration melt away at his gentle and scruffy touch. “Though I would prefer we shared more moments like these.” He admitted when they pulled apart.
“I agree. And as much as I enjoy them, I’m still a little blocked.” She stated with a sigh. Even if his kisses were wonderful, getting paid was a magical thing, too. “I have a deadline coming up, and not a single idea of how to write this stupid short story.”
“What is it supposed to be about?” Thor inquired. His hands rested on her hips, her humming softly and closing her eyes making him smile.
“Mm.. It’s a romantic piece. Something about Clint and this girl who wanted me to write the story.” She answered, and his eyes flickered in confusion.
“With Barton? Why would a girl want a romantic story written about him?” He wondered, and she shrugged. “She finds him attractive, I guess. There are a lot of chicks out there who do, believe it or not.”
“Do they not know that he’s ma--”
“SHhhhH!” She suddenly clapped a hand over his mouth, making him stop. “No spoilers!! There are some people in this world who don’t know, yet. Don’t ruin it for them.”
“What are you talking about?” Thor pushed her hand away. “I was just trying to say that he is m-”
(Name) stopped him again, pressing a finger to his lips this time. “No, no, no, no, no! Don’t say it! You’ll ruin people’s dreams!” He eyed her warily, not sure how to respond to the situation. “You promise you won’t say anything?”
“Mm-hmm.”
“Good. Now shush and help me come up with an idea.” She told him, removing her hand from his mouth again. She fell backwards, repositioning herself so her head lay on his lap again. “I’m fresh out. Romantic. I just can’t do it anymore. No ideas. Nada. Nothin’.”
“I am afraid I cannot help you much in this regard, (Name).” He confessed, “I only know what goes on between us. And even then, it is not much to go on. We only have so many little moments like this. Perhaps the Internet could-”
“Wait a minute, wait a minute.” She cut him off, eyes flying wide open. “Say that again?”
“Perhaps the Internet could…?”
“No, not that.” She snapped, moving her hands in a rewinding motion. “The thing before that.”
“...Weee only have so many little moments like-”
“That’s what I’m lookin’ for.” She grinned, sitting back up and making a run for her laptop. “That’s the perfect name, and the perfect plot!” She explained, rushing back in with computer in hand. “All I have to do is base the story off of a little moment like we just had, and boom! Free money.”
“You are a strange young lady.” Thor stated, shaking his head with a chuckle. (Name) snickered, nudging his shoulder.
“You’re the one that gave me the idea.”
“That is true. So I will receive credit after it’s finished, yes?” He asked with a grin, and she hummed, contemplating the idea.
“Well, maybe not directly. But I’ll just pay you back with something much sweeter.” She promised, fingers already tapping away on the keyboard. “Maybe a little vacation time’s in order after I finish this story up, anyways.”
“And by maybe, you mean definitely.” He stated, resting his head against hers as he began to watch her write. Which she responded to by shutting the laptop and glaring up at him. “What? I wanted to make sure you were writing the story accurately.”
“No you weren’t. No cheating, young man! Besides, you aren’t allowed to read these stories until you’re older.” She wagged a finger in his face, turning on the couch so she faced away from him. Though she found it hard to resist the kicked puppy expression on his face.
“But I helped you with it. I should get to read it with you.”
“That wasn’t a part of the deal, babydoll. But don’t worry,” She shot him a wink, “I’ll definitely pay you back later.”
“Why not now?” Thor suggested, earning a strange look from the girl.
“What did you say?”
“I said…” He trailed off, crawling over to her on the couch and slipping the laptop from her hands. “Why not now?”
“I don’t know. It could get a little time consuming, don’t you think?” (Name) murmured, despite Thor’s very convincing hands trailing up her neck. His lips found hers again, much more passionate than the last time. She was completely lost in the moment, until-
“You know what? You’re right. Let us continue this at a later time.” Thor suddenly said, popping up from the couch and making his way to the elevator. (Name) watched him go in total confusion. ..Then she noticed the computer in his hands.
And that he knew her password.
“Wait a-- THOR! Get back here!!” She shouted, jumping up from the couch. The man was already long gone, cackling as the doors slid shut. “Those aren’t for you to read, you little sneak!!”
“Toooo laaaaate!!” He called up to her, and she growled in frustration, slamming her finger against the button. He was so going to get it when she got a hold of him.
Because some fanfictions aren’t meant to be read, especially by Thor.
...Ugh. ESPECIALLY not Thor.

You were currently babysitting your nieces for a few months while your sister was away on an extended business trip overseas. Thankfully, your mother came over almost every day to help with the little devils. Neither of the girls would stop screaming and crying every night because Hercules is the last Disney movie to watch in your Disney movie marathon. You were running out of

Thor-x-Reader: Just Friends
:bulletred: Thor-x-Reader: Just Friends :bulletred:
You were ashamed and scared. And yet, you couldn't back down. Not when so much was on the line. . . When your future depended so heavily on your decision and how you handled yourself.
Whatever the case, you had to correct your blunders. You had to make it right, and that was that.
You slowly entered the den/living room of Stark (cough Avengers cough) Tower that was surprisingly vacant, and walked towards the deep, leather couch. You could see the reason of your unease sitting there; his blonde hair splayed out across the back of the couch, in ultimate relaxation despite what had occurred s
